Welcome to PromptJoy. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

PromptJoy provides AI consulting services on a subscription basis. Our services include but are not limited to: custom AI development, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and AI strategy consulting.

Subscription

When you subscribe to PromptJoy:

• You are billed on a monthly basis
• Each billing cycle is 30 days from your subscription start date
• You may pause your subscription at any time; unused days are saved
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

Deliverables

All work product created specifically for you during your subscription is owned by you. We retain no rights to use, sell, or distribute your custom deliverables without your permission.

Revisions

Your subscription includes unlimited revisions on active requests. Revisions must be requested while the original request is still in progress.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, project details, or deliverables with third parties without your consent.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from PromptJoy, you agree to the following terms:

Types of Messages: You may receive text messages related to:

• Project updates and notifications
• Appointment reminders
• Account alerts and updates
• Responses to your inquiries

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and communication preferences.

Opting Out: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us.

Opting Back In: If you have previously opted out and wish to receive messages again, you can text START to resume receiving messages.

Getting Help: For help with our SMS messaging program, text HELP to any message, or contact us at hello@promptjoy.co.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network provider.

Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including your phone number.

Limitation of Liability

PromptJoy provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
